Listen very closely n00bz...I've got my skills and my personality to perfection.In
order
to get my skills to perfection I had to create a room full of skillpoint
items.Thanks
to this room full of skill-point items I now have the PERFECT sim.I made this
sim without
any personality points
then used a chemistry set until I made a potion that can reverse sims'
personalities.Since my sim had absolutely no personality points my sim then had
the PERFECT
personality.I also cheated my way to being a millionaire.My sim is now PERFECT.A
millionaire with max skill in everything and great personality....That's me!!
SIMS' BASIC NEEDS : Sims need many things and are very high maintenence.Sims
need all their
mood meters to be filled.These meters are:Social,Hunger,Energy,Fun,Room,Comfort,Hygiene
Bladder.To fill up the social meter you must talk to other sims.The hunger
meter fills up
when you eat.To fill up the energy meter you have to sleep.The fun meter is
filled up
by doing fun things such as watching TV or playing a game or DJ-ing etc.The
room meter is filled up by things in the room.
To help further your room meter and the AWESOME-NESS
of your sim's home, you can go to the official
sims website and, if you
register, you can download special software to create your own wallpapers
and floor tiles and export them to The Sims.All that is required of you
is a free registration at the Sims
website.Although
Xorbanis.com does not normally endorse lying while registering for stuff
(well, actually
we do) it is recommended that
you tell the website that you're 18.Then you download the Sims "HomeCrafter."Rooms
with light and decorations will fill up your room meter.The comfort
meter
can be filled up by doing things that make you comfortable such as
sleeping,sitting down,and sitting in a hot tub.The hygiene meter goes
up when you do
hygenic things such as taking a bath or shower,brushing your teeth,or washing
your hands.
The bladder meter is filled up every time you use the toilet or piss your
pants lol.
CHEATS : Don't know about the cheat system?You hit Shift+Ctrl+Alt+C.This
should make
the cheat bar appear.From here you can type in many different cheat codes.My
two favorite
cheat codes are:"rosebud" and "move_objects on"If you want
to repeat rosebud more than once
in the same cheat bar you need to put a semicolon after each rosebud. rosebud;rosebud;
rosebud;rosebud...I recommend highlighting "rosebud;",copying it,then
pasting it over and
over and over again.Rosebud gives you about one or two thousand §§§."move_objects
on"will
let you move anything anywhere while in buy mode or build mode.
You can use this to get your sim into a good mood.This is very very very very
useful if
you're trying to max a sim's skill in something...or everything!When your sim
doesn't want
to work out, play chess, practice his/her speech etc. simply delete him/her
then get back
to working on your skill points.Do this over and over again until your sim
has maxed out
this skill.Do this for all your skills and eventually your sim will be maxed
out in
everything!
PERFECT PERSONALITY : Want to get that perfect personality I was talking
about earlier?
Well, first you need to create a sim with ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONALITY POINTS.Then
move them
into a house and cheat some money into your pocket.After that you need to
buy your sim a
chemistry set.Make lots and lots of potions until you see a yellow potion.Drink
the yellow
potion.This will REVERSE your personality.Congratulations!You now have the
perfect sim.Don't
drink the yellow potion again because if you do you will be transformed back
into a sim
with no personality points!!
BURGLAR PROTECTION : In order to prevent burglars from entering your home,
it is always a
good idea to put up some walls at each corner of your property.Put a burglar
alarm on each
one of these walls.This will ALWAYS stop that mother-fucking burglar.The
Police will then
come and arrest his ass.w00t w00t!!
HAPPY SIM : Use the "move_objects on" cheat
code.Save your game.Then delete your sim in buy
mode or in build mode.Go back to live mode and click on your sim's portrait.Your
sim will
reappear in a VERY good mood.The fun meter is usually filled up halfway.
PARTY SIMS : If you love to have your sims throw parties then you should
make sure that you have a
Turntablitz DJ Booth,Neukum Stereo Speakers,"Bounce My Booty"Dance
Floors,Club Códe Thrill
Lights,Niagra Love Tub,Whether Vain Drink Dispenser and last but not least:a
Wurl 'N' Hurl Retro Jukebox.
VIBROMATIC HEART BED: If you want to vibrate in your bed or do naughty things
with other
sims in bed then you need the Vibromatic Heart Bed.You can't vibrate or get
dirty with o
ther in any other bed.It only costs §4500.
DEAD SIMS : Always delete the urn or tombstone when a sim dies...I mourn
two times in the
morning.I mourn two times at night.I mourn two times in the afternoon.It
makes me feel
like crap.I mourn two times in time of peace and twice in time of war.I mourn
two times
before I mourn two times and then I mourn some more...Mourning and crying
all day and all
night will ALWAYS destroy your sim's mood.Sell the urn/tombstone.If you do
this your sims
will move on as if nothing had happened.Sorry about the dumb Sublime reference...

call cousin Vinnie: After typing this cheat code, you will see a Local Fundraising Event in the new ticker.Someone will offer you some §§§.If you accept the deal, you will get §100,000.
zyxwvu: If you were stupid enough to reject the "fundraiser",then type in this cheat code and you will have the SimCity Castle in the Rewards and Oppurtunities tab.(You can actually unlock this with another cheat and still get the §§§)
garbage in, garbage out: This cheat code will make all the garbage facilities available regardless of what the year is.
power to the masses: This cheat is really cool because it lets you build any power facility regardless of what year it is.You could have a Fusion Power Plant in the year 1900 with this if you wanted to!
water in the desert: This cheat code will make all the water facilities available regardless of the year.
pay tribute to your king: All Rewards and Opportunities (except for the GigaMall and Casino) will become available to you.
nerdz rool: After typing this sweet, sweet cheat code, only high-tech, non-polluting industries will grow in your industrial zones.
let's make a deal: Everyone will start making deals with you.
UFO swarm: Type this cheat code and (if you want your city to not be destroyed) save your game.Go to Disasters, then select UFO. A huge amount of flying saucers will fly over your city.
the birds: Look closely over your city to see a flock of birds.
All Buildings at All Times:(You don't need the cheat bar for this)Open and close the Power Plants menu.Open and close the Rewards and Opportunities menu.Open and close the garbage disposal menu.Open the Landmarks menu.All the buildings in SimCity 3000 Unlimited are now available to you!

How To Increase Land Values:
To increase land values, it is a good idea to build lots of recreational buildings.Parks, zoos, marinas etc.You also want to make sure that the zone with the land value you want to increase is watered, powered, and protected from crime and fire.You should also build some landmarks.Pretty soon you will have areas with land values ranging from medium to astronomical!!!
